How to Use the Trading Activity Panel
The Trading Activity Panel helps you monitor your trades, track orders, and review your trading history. Here’s what each tab means and how to use themBalances Tab
What It Means: Displays your available funds in your HyperSwell wallet, including USDC, for trading or withdrawal.
Purpose: Helps you track your total balance and manage deposits or withdrawals.
Positions Tab
What It Means: Lists all your currently open trades, such as Long or Short positions on trading pairs like SWELL-USD or BTC-USD.
Purpose: Allows you to monitor active positions and decide when to close them.
Open Orders Tab
What It Means: Shows pending orders that haven’t been executed yet, such as Limit orders waiting for a specific price.
Purpose: Helps you track or cancel orders that are still in progress.
Trade History Tab
What It Means: Logs all completed trades, including both opening and closing transactions.
Purpose: Serves as a record of your trading activity for performance analysis.
Funding History Tab
What It Means: Displays a history of all funding payments you’ve paid or received while holding perpetual futures positions. These payments occur every hour to keep the contract price aligned with the spot price.
Purpose: Helps track how funding fees impact your profits or costs over time.
Order History Tab
What It Means: Shows a complete record of all placed orders, including executed, canceled, or expired ones. Unlike the Open Orders tab, this logs every buy/sell instruction, even those that didn’t execute.
Purpose: Helps review all past order attempts, not just the ones that turned into trades.
